In the wheat and mustard mill "De Verwachting" mustard seeds are milled to mustard in an artisan way. This mustard is now available in 13 flavours and is produced with only natural ingredients. The mustard seeds are grown on Ameland, milled in the wheat mill, and through an extensive process prepared to become a unique base mustard (naturel). Additionally there are a few particular specialities like mustard with fenugreek and "duvelsgoed"( Devil's good), a mustard with smoked peri-peri and smoke aroma. Fans of special local products should definitely drop by to have a taste, it's pure joy!
