Nice that you are looking at our mobile home 'Simmerwille' on Ameland!

The interior of our mobile home has recently been renovated, is child-friendly and has an unobstructed view of the Roosdunen family campsite. Within walking distance of the beach, the Roosduinen nature reserve and the village of Ballum.

Come and enjoy peace, space, nature and sea on Ameland, visit festivals and museums.

Our mobile home has 4 sleeping places:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200cm, with duvet 240x220cm and bed pillows
- 1 bedroom with two single beds 70x195cm, with duvets 140x200cm and bed pillows

The bathroom
Bathroom with toilet, sink with mirror cabinet and nice shower corner.

The kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and has, in addition to all imaginable cooking utensils, a 4-burner gas hob, large fridge with a spacious freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and a (filter) coffee maker with thermos.

The living room
The living room has a spacious round seat at the front, a flat screen TV and a cozy dining area with a comfortable corner sofa.

For the little ones
'Simmerwille' is designed for a pleasant and safe stay with children. The terrace can be closed with a gate and bolt, so that the kids do not accidentally go on an adventure. For a safe night's sleep, we have bed rails, so that the little ones do not roll out of bed. There is a high chair, sufficient children's plates, cups and children's cutlery. For the little ones there are Snoozzz sleeping wraps in 2 sizes, so the smallest guests can sleep safely on a single bed. There is no space to place a camp bed in the bedrooms, but a camp bed can be placed in the living room.

'Simmerwille' is also equipped with a DVD player and a cupboard full of films, books and board games. Wifi in and around the mobile home, 4-person garden furniture with cushions and a parasol, a lovely lounge sofa for an Ameland siesta and free access to the heated outdoor swimming pool 'De Schalken' (open from April to September).

Free use of 2 hybrid shared cars
As a handy extra, Recreatiepark Roosdunen has two Hyundai IONIQ hybrid cars, which are available to you exclusively and free of charge as a guest of 'Simmerwille' and recreation park Roosdunen. Ideal for doing your shopping, or for a tour of the island!

Recreation park Roosdunen
There is an animation team at the recreation park during the high season. The park also has a shop, snack corner and various playgrounds. The village of Ballum is within walking distance and here you will find a Spar, bicycle rental and various restaurants.

De caravan was netjes en schoon

Het was een goed en mooi verblijf voor een week. Een goede uitvalbasis voor wandelingen en fietstochtjes.

Prima verblijf

Goed verzorgd met ruim servies, spelletjes en boeken. Gastvrije ontvangst met koffie en thee in het keukenkastje. Knus en warm verblijf in het naseizoen, de buitenruimte hebben we niet gebruikt. Prima uitvalsbasis voor tochten over het eiland, alles is op fietsafstand.

Voor herhaling vatbaar

Ik was met mijn zoontje van 2. Alles was kindvriendelijk en hij vond de lange bank geweldig. Ook een fijne aparte eethoek. De bedden sliepen goed en in de “tuin” had je toch veel privacy. We komen zeker nog een keer terug. P.s. het hoogpolige kleed wat in de caravan lag was moeilijk schoon te houden, ik heb dit later aangekaart bij de verhuurder en die heeft het kleed vervangen! Fijn als een verhuurder je opmerkingen serieus neemt!

Nette, gezellige stacaravan. Super vakantie gehad!

Gezellige en vooral schone sta-caravan. We hebben een super vakantie gehad! Locatie is geweldig. Dicht bij het strand, vliegveld, rijstal en openluchtzwembad. Leuke dorpjes op fietsafstand en gezellige restaurantjes om even wat te eten. Wij vinden Ameland één van de mooiste eilanden. Eiland en accommodatie zeker een aanrader!

Wat een heerlijke plek!

Een frisse en super leuk ingerichte caravan. Echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het was brandschoon en de bedjes sliepen heerlijk. Een absolute aanrader!!!

Top Huisje, werkelijk van alles voorzien ! Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug !

Alles was schoon, dicht bij de speeltuin gelegen en Wi-Fi perfect.

Superfijne accommodatie

De stacaravan ligt in het midden van het park, maar het voelt helemaal vrij. De caravan is schoon, perfect ingericht en heeft heel veel spelletjes. Superfijn dat er ook een zwembad bij de camping is. Daarnaast kun je overheerlijk op de camping indiaas afhaaleten krijgen.

We rent 'Simmerwille' from April to October!

Rental rates include costs for gas/water/electricity and exclude municipal tourist tax and deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure.

We are very careful with our mobile home, therefore:
⛔ pets are not allowed
⛔ no rental to groups of friends

A stay at the Simmerwille caravan does not include bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen. You can bring your own linen or rent it from a linen rental company on Ameland.
