The cozy studio is located at the front of the building. The window in the studio offers a view of the dunes.

Completely furnished and fully equipped. The studio has a kitchenette. This has a kettle, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, plates and cutlery. The studio has 2 single beds. These have the option to be pushed apart. The studio also has a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is also a Smart TV.

In short, the ideal base to discover Ameland. Located 2 minutes by bike from the center, 4 minutes by bike from the beach and 6 minutes by bike from the lighthouse. Parking is available in a public parking lot 300m from the building.

Smoking is prohibited in the building, only on the roof terrace in consultation with the other tenants.

Het verblijf was echt geweldig, fijne accommodatie 'de Welvaart' in Hollum, prachtig eiland, leuke restaurantjes en cafeetjes, mooie kunst, kortom..genoten..

Alles was schoon en heel, geen ontbijt dat was jammer.
