Description

'Noorderzon' on Ameland is a 12-person farm apartment with five bedrooms, one on the ground floor.

The apartment has a large, attractive and modern living room with a spacious dining area and a large kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, Senseo, kettle and a drinks fridge and a large American fridge.

From the living room there are patio doors that lead to an enclosed garden, of course with plenty of garden furniture and barbecue.

Next to the bedroom on the ground floor is the bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed. A toilet and a shower are also available upstairs. A cot, camp bed and high chair (s) are available for babies / toddlers.

Downstairs: hall, large dining area and kitchen, in addition a large sitting area with TV, DVD player, radio and a games corner with traditional Dutch games such as a Homans shuffleboard, chess and checkerboard, etc. Toilet, shower and a bedroom with three single beds .
First floor: shower and toilet, 4 bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with three single beds and a bedroom with two single beds.
Outside you will find a terrace with a view of the pleasant street and adjacent to the living room the enclosed garden with 12 garden chairs, table and private parking. Naturally, the barbecue and parasol are included. There is a private parking space around the corner for a second car.

Heerlijk verblijf

Ruime kamer en luxe keuken. Schoon en praktisch ingedeeld. Dichtbij fietsverhuur, supermarkt en strand. Zeer geschikt voor grote families ook bbq in de tuin en privacy.

Wohlfühloase

een heerlijk ontspannen weekend, door de accommodatie, verhuurders en de sfeer op het eiland voelden we ons welkom en

Prachtige locatie, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op de laatste dag mochten we zelfs een uur langer verblijven voordat de boot vertrok om 12.15 uur. Lieve vrouw. Volgend jaar komen we weer.

Fijn en gezellig huis voor groot gezelschap. Ook een praktisch huis met jonge kinderen.

Fijne gastvrouw. Het huis was eerder schoon. We kregen een appje dat we er vast in konden.

Een vertrouwd gevoel, alsof je thuis komt.

Een super mooi, schoon, ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien appartement. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijk en meedenkend. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wir waren das erste Mal mit der ganzen Familie auf Ameland....und wir waren tip top mit allem sehr zufrieden. Jederzeit wieder!

Einige Gläser und Teller klebten und mussten erst gespült werden! Das sollte eigentlich alles sauber sein!

Geweldig

Ontzettend mooie en moderne woning, Erg netjes en schoon, de locatie was prachtig, Geweldige gastvrouw. Als er iets was konden we altijd bij Karin terecht. Zeker een aanrader en hier gaan wij vaker terug komen.

Location

Naar Zee on Ameland is located on the edge of Buren, right on the road to the beach. Everything is easily accessible by bike or on foot. The beach and sea are just 1,000 meters away. The dunes and the nature reserve ’t Oerd are also within easy walking distance. Several restaurants, the supermarket, the holiday park Klein Vaarwater with its indoor swimming pool, and Metz bike rental are all nearby. The bus stops almost right outside the door.
