Description

Rianto was completely renovated and expanded in the spring of 2021. A spacious and modern holiday bungalow has been created. The new living room (approx. 45 m2) has a new sitting area with a large corner sofa and a smart TV and a spacious dining room. The living room is in open connection with the kitchen. The kitchen has an induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Both the room and the kitchen have underfloor heating.

The bungalow has 3 double bedrooms. The largest has a spacious double bed. In this room there is sufficient space for the existing baby cot. Both other bedrooms have 2 single beds.

The spacious bathroom is accessible from the hall. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a washbasin with two taps and a second toilet. Next to the bathroom is also a separate toilet. The bathroom and toilet area also have underfloor heating.

Next to the kitchen is a walk-in closet. In the walk-in closet you have access to a washing machine and a dryer. The bungalow has an attached storage room. There are 2 bicycles waiting for you in the storage room.

In addition to a living room, a kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with shower, the bungalow has one bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Rianto has a spacious garden with lots of privacy.

The south-facing terrace can be reached from the living room. Around the bungalow is a spacious garden with sufficient privacy. On hot days there are plenty of shady spots in the garden. There is a parking space on site at the bungalow.

Rianto is located approximately 100 meters from the outdoor swimming pool of Roosdunen. As a tenant you can use the subscription for the swimming pool during the swimming season.

Wiederholenswert

Wir haben eine tolle Ferienunterkunft vorgefunden. Reichlich Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Alle Sachen konnten problemlos in der sehr gut aufgeteilten Unterkunft verstaut werden. Alles sauber, aufgeräumt und praktisch. Der Abstellraum für die Fahrräder war sehr nützlich, da wir einen Fahrradanhänger für den Jüngsten mithatten und ihn abgekuppelt problemlos parken konnten. Auch die gemieteten e-Bikes passten noch hinein. Die Nähe zum Schwimmbad war für die größere Tochter ideal. Wir haben den Aufenthalte im Ferienhaus genossen und uns sehr gut erholt.

Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und für Kinder super,da Trampolin und Schwimmbad um die Ecke sind.

Heerlijk huisje!

Fijn huisje, modern opgeknapt en ingericht. Alles ruim voldoende aanwezig. Uitstekend schoon. Als we ooit terugkomen naar Ameland staat deze bovenaan de verlanglijst! Zullen het ook zeker aanbevelen aan anderen.

Es war wieder wie „nach Hause kommen.“ Das Wetter war leider nicht so gut, darum um so besser, eine so gut eingerichtete Wohnung zu haben. Wir kommen wieder.

Super weekend gehad in Rianto!

Ruim en schoon huisje dat van alle gemakken is voorzien! Zelfs 2 fietsen tot de beschikking. Ligt vlakbij het zwembad (tijdens de zomer ideaal).

Leuke bungalow om een vakantie te vieren, mooi ruim.

Alles was schoon en opgeruimd, veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Volgende keer boeken we deze weer maar dan wat langer.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis waar niks aan ontbreekt

Heerlijk ruim en schoon vakantieverblijf. Er ontbreekt werkelijk niks. Fijne bedden...en goed verdeeld over het huis,wat een rustige nacht ten goede komt. De keuken is zeer uitgebreid met een oven en vaatwasser en voldoende inventaris voor 6 personen. Elke dag hadden we verse warme broodjes...aan de grote familietafel. Sanitair is uitstekend, en er is een 2e toilet, wel zo fijn bij een wat grote groep.

Super accomodatie.

Super accomodatie! heerlijk modern en ruim. goede bedden. alles wat nodig is, is er. vooral een 'normale/ koffiezetter' is helemaal top!, en dat de koelkast ook al koud was! het zijn de kleine dingen die het verblijf nog aangenamer maken. Alles tiptop in orde.

Ruim en licht, comfortabel en compleet: in één woord riant.

Echt álles was er. Van parasol, kinderbed en -stoel, speelgoed, boeken, spelletjes, oven, afwasmachine, vergiet en placemats tot tafelkleed (te laat ontdekt). Zelfs twee fietsen en een stuurstoeltje. Toen we meldden dat we (met een moeder van 89 en een kleinzoon van 2) al om half 11 met de boot aankwamen, waren we zelfs meteen al welkom, mede omdat de vorige bewoners vroeg uit het huis waren en de schoonmaak al bijna klaar was. Een heel fijn begin.

Wohlfühlen direkt vom ersten Moment!

Tolle Lage, direkt am Freibad. Zudem super Ausstattung: Es fehlt (fast) an Nichts! Kein Wunder, dass man im Gästebuch immer wieder dieselben Personen wiederfindet! Klare Empfehlung!

Tolles Haus. Etwas hellhörig und die 2 schmalen Betten sind zu weich. Die restlichen Betten sind super. Schön dass zwei Fahrräder vor Ort sind.

Wat een ruim huis.

Wat is dit huis mooi verbouwd. Het is niet knus meer omdat het nog zo clean is. Een lamp buiten is geen overbodige luxe.

Tolles Haus zum Wohlfühlen

wir haben ein tolles, modernes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Die Größe des Hauses hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Durch die Nutzung der beiden Fahrräder konnte das Auto öfters stehen bleiben. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus Rianto gerne weiter.
