Location
Large sunny 6-person house ideal for families with children (or groups of max. 26 people, ie 4 houses next to each other). On the edge of the dunes near the sea, next to forest and recreation area.
Free heated outdoor pool (open from the end of April to the beginning of September). Tennis court, mini golf, playground, sports field, riding stables. The entertainment team of the recreation park provides an activity program during your holiday. Enjoy completely carefree. Beautiful decor + patio furniture. Bike rental within walking distance.
The location is so fantastic as it is right by the beach next to a beautiful large forest and recreation area. Wonderful hiking and biking trails. Close to two riding stables and the pleasant village of Ballum (walking distance) with Nobel etc. The guests have access to the entire house and everything the recreation area has to offer. The animation team of recreation park "Roosduinen" organizes a lot for children, most of it for free.

Specialties
What is special is that it is quietly located near the beach, forest and dunes. And at a Roosdunen holiday park, so that the facilities can be used (tennis court, midget golf, playground, animation team, canteen, camping shop, bar, etc. etc.). Yet it does not feel like a "holiday park", but as an individual holiday home. A place of your own.
Important info
A stay at Bungalow Luitekamp does not include bed linen, towels and a kitchen set (mop, tea towel and towel). You can rent this but you can also bring your own linen.
The washing machine is located in the space between Luitekamp and Sonnevanck and is shared by both bungalows. No tag is needed for the garbage containers (even though the system might suggest otherwise). The containers are open and close to the swimming pool.
In the Bungalow there is a swimming pool subscription that gives free access to the swimming pool upon presentation. Do not forget to put the subscription back in the bungalow for the next guests. The pool is open in high season (April - September) and the water is heated!
Before check out:
1) Please remove all garbage.
2) Return bed linen to the crate (in which it was obtained).
3) Please leave de holiday home tidy. Cleaners on the island are under pressure in the summer months due to the large numbers of holiday homes.
4) Don't forget: place the swimming pool subscription back in the bungalow and the key back in the key safe.
