Description

The bungalow has a living room (approx. 28 m²) with an open kitchen. The large south-facing terrace can be reached via the living room. The bungalow has 3 bedrooms, all on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed and a cot. Two of the three bedrooms have a washbasin. Through the spacious entrance you reach the large bathroom with a washbasin and a spacious walk-in shower. There is also a washing machine here. There is also a separate toilet room with a sink.

The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances such as an electric hob, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and a close-in boiler. In the living room you will find a smart TV and DAB radio with, among other things, Bluetooth.

The bungalow has a very spacious parking space and a storage room. The large sunny garden also offers shade if desired due to the existing shrubs and trees.

Prettig, knus en toch ruim huis.

Het huis is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, de bedden liggen heerlijk. Keuken, toilet en badkamer zijn prima. Het huisje voelt knus aan en is toch ruim. Bij vragen is de beheerder goed bereikbaar. De ligging is dichtbij het strand en je kan wandelen vanaf het huisje.

Feucht, muffig riechend und altbacken

Das kleine Haus mit allen Zimmern und Bad war bei Ankunft sauber und ordentlich gereinigt. Die Lage zum Ort Ballum ist o.k. und auch die Entfernung zum Strand, welcher allerdings am nächstgelegenen Aufgang (Strandweg) nicht so schön ist. Nächster schöner Aufgang ist der Ballumer Blinkert. Die nahe gelegene Verbindungsstraße hört man deutlich, das hat uns im Oktober aber nicht so sehr gestört. Im Sommer, wenn man auf der Terasse sitzen möchte, sollte man das aber wissen. Das Dach war dicht..... Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, wenn auch ein Sammelsurium.... Insgesamt aber war das Haus aber sehr feucht und roch auch entsprechend sehr muffig bis stockig / schmimmelig. Dieses gilt ganz besonders für das Kinderzimmer mit Kindergitterbett und Etagenbett. Unsere Kleidung roch noch starkt bei der Rückkehr und alles musste erstmal in die Waschmaschine. Wirklich eklig. Die Heizung funktioniert, ist aber nur zentral über das Wohnzimmer gesteuert. Wenn es da warm ist, geht die Heizung z.B. im Bad aus. Die Heizung im 2. Schlafraum 2 (140 cm Bett) war nicht abzustellen. Das Haus selber (70er Jahre?) und auch die Einrichtung hat eindeutig seinen Zenit überschritten und müsste wahrscheinlich einmal grundlegend saniert, renoviert und neu eingerichtet werden. Auch wenn das Haus preislich mit rund 80 EUR/Nacht preislich recht günstig war, stimmte doch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Dafür war das Haus einfach nicht mehr in Ordnung. Keine gute und keine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt. WIe man so etwas als VVV empfehlen kann ist mir ein Rätsel.... Schade, dass man mittlerweile doch auch im Herbst mind. 120 EUR auf Ameland zahlen muss, um eine gute Unterkunft zu bekommen.

Schoonmaak viel erg tegen was het geld niet waard was halfgebakken gedaan.

Kokkel is a detached and very spacious 6-person bungalow, located on the grounds of holiday park Roosdunen. The bungalow is located near the woods and dunes and about 1300 meters from the beach. The village of Ballum is about 800 meters from the bungalow. You have a lot of privacy on the more than 700 m² site.
