Description

The holiday home Heidehoek, renovated in 2024, is modernly furnished with a gas fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, wireless internet and a flat-screen smart TV and Sonos. The house is located near the beach, dunes, sea, riding school, horse rental and golf course. The bungalow is within walking distance of the tennis court, miniature golf, playground, swimming pool, bus stop and supermarket.

This 6-person bungalow has a living room (approximately 45 m²) with open kitchen. The terrace can be reached via the living room. There are three bedrooms in the bungalow. All bedrooms are on the ground floor and one bedroom has a double bed with a mattress of 180 - 200cm. The other beds have mattresses from 90 - 200cm. You reach the shower and toilet via the hall.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, dishwasher and combination microwave/oven. The living room has a seating area with gas fireplace, smart TV and Sonos device. The bungalow is suitable for Cara patients and is wheelchair friendly. The bungalow also has a washing machine, dryer, freezer, cot and high chair. There are also three bicycles available and there is an ironing facility. Two bedrooms have a television.

The bungalow has its own parking space.

Wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl im Heidehoek! Die Toilette könnte eine kleine Renovierung betragen! Ansonsten ist alles prima im Heidehoek!

It was our first stay on Ameland with four children and a dog. This house was a lovely home and we enjoyed staying there.

The garden was big and the house was very clean and big enough for our family. It took only 25min to walk to the beach and it is close to Ballum as well. The environment was quite although there are lots of holiday houses around - but due to the fact that this house is at the end of the road it was really relaxing. We would definitely book it again. We had a great time on Ameland!

Heidehoek is a luxurious, detached bungalow located next to the forest on the grounds of Roosdunen in Ballum. The bungalow has a lot of privacy and a spacious garden of 600m2 and was completely renovated in 2024
