Our House 1 is a fully renovated farmhouse and is particularly suitable for school groups, associations, or large families.

In the approximately 50 m² large common room, meals can be eaten and games can be played together. The huge outdoor area offers space for various activities.

House Solingen 1 is located in the quiet village of Hollum, about 10 kilometers from the harbor of Nes. The center is about 800 meters away. Here you will find, besides cafés and boutiques, also a supermarket. A shuttle bus runs regularly over the island. The bus stop is only about 100 meters away. In the immediate vicinity, there is a kiosk, a snackbar, and a cozy restaurant.

House 1 consists of a smaller front house and a large main building.
Outside the season, only the front house can also be rented. Feel free to contact us!

The main building

The main building has 14 bedrooms with a total of 29 beds.
These are divided into the following room types:

• Two single rooms
• Seven double rooms
• Three triple rooms
• One quadruple room

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with commercial kitchen appliances: coffee machines, microwave, dishwasher, and oven.

The large common room is furnished with sufficient chairs and tables. Toilets and washrooms are available, as well as a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

The front house

The front house is homely furnished and has 4 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds.
These are divided into the following room types:

• Two single rooms
• One double room
• One triple room

The front house has a cozy living room with television and satellite reception, a common room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms with showers, and a separate toilet.

The outdoor area

Here you have access to a huge lawn with playground equipment and soccer goals (shared use with House 2 and 3). Additionally, there is a barbecue area with plenty of space to gather together.

Good to know

Our houses are basically self-sufficient. On request, we put you in contact with our partners on the island (commercial kitchen, bicycle rental, etc.).
Wifi is available in many parts of House 1.
Bedding can be provided for a fee of €10 per set.
Coins for the washing machine and dryer are available for €5.50 each.

The costs for the final cleaning are not included in the rental price. We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation "broom clean".
