Our House 2 has been created from a former supermarket. Numerous renovation measures give this house its special charm.
The house features a large, light-flooded conservatory. In nice weather, one should definitely use the huge outdoor area.

House Solingen 2 is located in the quiet village of Hollum, between House 1 and 3, about 10 kilometers from Nes. The center is approximately 800 meters away. Here you will find, besides cafés and boutiques, also a supermarket. A shuttle bus regularly runs across the island. The stop is only about 100 meters away. In the immediate vicinity, there is a kiosk, a fast-food outlet, and a cozy restaurant. 

The House

House Solingen 2 has 13 bedrooms with a total of 27 beds. 
These are divided into the following room types: 

• two single rooms
• nine double rooms
• one triple room
• one quadruple room

The house has a fully equipped kitchen: 
Coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and oven are, of course, available.

The common room and conservatory are furnished with plenty of seating options. 

The Outdoor Area 

Here you have a huge lawn area with playground equipment and soccer goals available (shared with House 1 and 3). There is also a barbecue area with plenty of space for gatherings. 

Good to Know 

Our houses are basically self-catering houses. On request, we provide contacts to our partner companies on the island (large kitchen, bicycle rental, etc.).  
Wi-Fi is included in the price.  

Bedding can be provided for a fee of 10 euros per set.  
Coins for the washing machine and dryer can be purchased for 5.50 euros.  

The rental price does not include the cost of final cleaning. Please leave the accommodation "broom clean".
