Our house 3 is a former farmhouse that has retained its rustic charm to this day. The house is ideally suited for large groups such as school classes or associations. 
In good weather, you should definitely make use of the enormous outdoor area.

House Solingen 3 is located in the quiet village of Hollum, about 10 kilometers from Nes. The center is approximately 800 meters away. Here you will find, in addition to cafés and boutiques, also a supermarket. A shuttle bus runs regularly over the island. The bus stop is only about 100 meters away. In the immediate vicinity there is a kiosk, a snack bar, and a cozy café. 

The house

House Solingen 3 has 15 bedrooms with a total of 64 beds. 
These are divided into the following room types: 

• four 2-person rooms
• two 3-person rooms
• four 4-person rooms
• two 5-person rooms
• one 6-person room
• one 8-person room
• one 10-person room

The house features a fully equipped kitchen: 
coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, electric stove, freezer chest and oven 

The outdoor area 

Here you will find a huge lawn with play equipment and soccer goals (shared with house 1 and 2). In addition, there is a BBQ area with plenty of space to come together. 

Good to know 

Our houses are basically self-catering. On request, we arrange contacts with our partner companies on the island (large kitchen, bike rental, etc.). 
Wifi is included in the price. 
Bed linen can be provided at an additional charge of 10 euros per set. 
Tokens for the washing machine and tumble dryer can be purchased for 5.50 euros. 

The costs for the final cleaning are not included in the rental price. Please leave the accommodation "broom clean".
