Description

The apartment has been upgraded in 2025. There is a spacious living room with sitting area, dining area and an open kitchen. The living room has a Smart TV with cable and a radio with Bluetooth. The kitchen is equipped with everything for breakfast, lunch and dinner: gas stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, Senseo and coffee maker. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, coffee filters, oil are also provided. There are also some toys in the dresser for children.
There are also two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. One bedroom also has a desk where you can work.
The bathroom has a bath, shower and sink. Bath and shower are separate from each other. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a large balcony. From here you have a beautiful view of the recreation area "De Vleijen". You are within a 10-minute walk in the center of Nes, the nicest village on Ameland, and within 10 minutes you are on the beach.

Wohnung sauber, aber Balkon und Fenster total dreckig leider

Die Wohnung ist okay und schön groß. Die Kommode im Wohnzimmer hat eine Schublade, die nicht richtig schließt.

Perfekte Lage zwischen Stadt und Strand.

Die Wohnung war sauber und die Einrichtung passt sehr gut zu einer Familie mit älteren Kindern. Zum Strand nicht weit, zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen nicht weit, so wie wir es wollten.

Mooi ruim appartement bij natuurgebied

Mooi ruim appartement met alles dat je nodig hebt, prima bedden. Volgens mij was er geen föhn in het appartement. Je kijkt uit op een vervallen voormalig zwemparadijs. Er is al langere tijd sprake van dat er gebouwd gaat worden, vraag voor een boeking na of er al met de sloop is begonnen. Er zit asbest in het dak dus dan wil je er niet zijn. Het appt complex grenst aan fletcher hotel Noordsee, de binnentuin is prettig met fietsenstalling en terrasvan het hotel waar je kunt zitten/ drinken/ eten.

Bij de voordeur was het niet echt schoon. Veel raggen. Het appartement was schoon. Uitkijk iets minder. Op het balkon lagen grote plukken hondenkar, het is een huisdiervrij appartement.

Wederom genoten van het appartement.

Zeer ruim appartement. Alles was schoon. TV met alle apps die we wensten. Mooi vrij uitzicht met prachtige opkomende zon. Gebruik van sauna en zwembad is echt super.

Prima accomodatie

Accommodatie is goed ingericht en schoon. Min puntjes zijn, het uitzicht op natuurgebied de Vleijen is niet helemaal correct want voor de accommodatie staat een bouwval en in de omschrijving wordt een toilet in de badkamer genoemd maar die was er niet.

Das Appartement ist perfekt eingerichtet. Die Lage war für mich optimal. Gerne komme ich beim nächsten Mal wieder.

Es war sauber, geräumig, der Balkon hatte Blick auf den See.

Die Lage zwischen Strand und dem Ort Nes ist einfach perfekt. Beides schnell zu erreichen

alles war sauber, die Lage perfekt und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit(was aber gar nicht in anspruch genommen werden musste)

Die Wohnung war groß genug, gut eingerichtet und der abschließbare Fahrradschuppen ist sehr gut. Negativ ist die Aussicht auf die Schwimmbadruine. Wann wird sie abgerissen! Das Badezimmer könnte renoviert werden. Es hat uns trotzdem gut gefallen.

Zum zweiten Mal sehr zufrieden.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist Top, in kurzer Zeit ist man mit dem Fahrrad am Strand oder im Zentrum von Nes. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sogar ein eigener Fahrradschuppen und ein privater Parkplatz gehören dazu.

We also use this apartment for our holidays and therefore we find it important that the apartment is fully equipped.
