Description

This 3-room apartment is located on the first floor and is suitable for six guests. It has a living room of approximately 30 m² with an open fitted kitchen. There is an attractive electric fireplace, LCD TV (43 inches), DVD player and stereo set at your disposal. There is a new sofa bed in the living room. The seating furniture and dining chairs in the living room have been reupholstered. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher and Senseo/coffee maker.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms, both with mosquito nets: one bedroom with a double bed and TV, the other bedroom with two new single box-spring beds. There is an entry aid and a bath seat for the bath.

On the balcony you will find planters and garden furniture. The cushions and parasol are in the hall cupboard next to the front door. Unobstructed view at the rear of the resort.

The complex has a restaurant, an indoor swimming pool with jet stream and a paddling pool. You can also use the children's playground and, for a fee, the sauna, sunbed, squash court and tennis courts. The resort is located next to the 9-hole golf course.

Prima appartement.

"Goede bedden", "Inrichting en keukeninventaris is prima", "in voor- en najaar alleen 's middags zon op het balkon". "Geen lift aanwezig dus wel sjouwen met bagage en boodschappen naar 1e verdieping".

Prinzipiell alles in Ordnung, Sofa jedoch sehr fleckig, Stuhlbezüge ebenfalls.

Sehr netter Hausmeister. Hellhörige Wohnungen. Saunaangebot super. Fleckige Möbelstücke unangenehm. Betten super.

Tolle zwei Etagen Wohnung!

Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit 5 Personen. Lage der Anlage, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, war gut. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, Fahrradverleih, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants sowie der Strand sind in der Nähe zu finden. Die Wohnung war sauber. Kleiner Elektokamin im Wohnzimmer macht sofort wohlige Wärme, wenn man nicht direkt, wie wir, im Sommer dort ist. Spülschwamm, Spülmittel, 3x Tabs für Geschirrspülmaschine, kl. Spülbürste sind vorhanden. Alles andere wie z. B. Gewürze, Salz, Zucker, etc. sind nicht vorhanden. Matratzen in den SZ sehr bequem. Hund erlaubt. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Voor herhaling vatbaar

Alles OK, maar de matrassen zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Deze zijn extreem zacht waardoor je bij elke beweging er bijna afrolt. Niet gezond. Waar de verhuurder niets aan kan doen is dat het vliegveld in Ballum tot veel verstoring leidt. Heel egoïstisch dat piloten alleen aan hun eigen lol denken ten koste van de andere mensen op Ameland.

Etwas heruntergekommen. Ok aber nicht wiederholenswert.

Das Sofa hatte mehrere schreckliche Flecken. Wir haben immer etwas darüber gelegt, da wir uns dort nicht draufsetzen wollten. Die Stühle hatten Risse im Bezug. Die Lampe über dem Esstisch war ohne Funktion. Die meisten der Tassen und Teller waren angeschlagen. Um nur einige der Mängel zu nennen.

Wir kenn die Appartements seit mehr als 20 Jahre. Die Möbel sind von Fletcher übernommen und bis auf Küchenzeile nicht investiert. Betten zu weich

Geweldig, praktisch. De kleinkinderen hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Ze konden met slecht weer heerlijk zwemmen in het binnen zwembad.

Alles was erg netjes en schoon.

Ich habe ruhige und erholsame 14Tage Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr still. Mr.Harry ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um Beanstandungen sofort. Nach Ameland werde ich immer wieder kommen. Ameland ist nicht eine Reise wert. Ameland ist jedes Jahr mindestens eine Reise wert.ü

Jammer, geen airco.

Prima voor een week. Helaas geen airco. Prima bedden. Door ramen open te laten om de hitte eruit te laten kan niet omdat je dan lek gestoken wordt door muggen. De appartementen schijnen afgebroken te worden. Dit kan volgens mij de oplossing zijn voor alle tekortkomingen.

A maximum of two small dogs are allowed on request. Your dogs must be kept on a leash on site and the excrement cleared away. Your dogs are not allowed on the beds and couches.
