Schöne Ferienwohnung, gute Lager - leider etwas abgewohnt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön in Hollum in der Nähe des Leuchtturms. Für das Auto stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Begrüßung war super, Herr Kooiker ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa (ein ausklappbares Schlafsofa) ist ziemlich durchgesessen und wurde nach kurzer Sitzzeit schon unbequem. Die Heizung erfolgt ausschließlich über Elektroheizungen, die an der Wand befestigt sind. Die Wohnung warm zu bekommen war kein Problem - trotz heftigem Wind. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein - man muss sich schon etwas dünn machen, wenn man ums Bett herumgehen will. Für mich (95 kg) waren die Boxspring-Matratzen deutlich zu weich, so dass ich etwas Probleme mit dem Rücken bekam. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Darüber ist noch eine Ferienwohnung. Wenn diese bewohnt ist, hat man ein bisschen das Gefühl in einer Trommel zu sitzen, weil die Decke sehr viel Schall transportiert. Bei uns war das zum Glück nur in einer Nacht so. Alles in allem passte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden uns wahrscheinlich für einen weiteren Aufenthalt doch etwas anderes suchen.

Een hele knusse studio in een weids en adembenemend landschap.

Ambla 74 is een zeer plezierig en knus appartement in een schitterend landschap. Het appartement was schoon, netjes en bijzonder compleet ingericht met leuke details zoals doorkijkje vanuit de inpandige slaapkamer en een mooi retro fauteuil. De beheerder was erg vriendelijk en ongedwongen.

De badkamer is wat gedetailleerd. Kitrand was erg vies.

klein aber fein, Wiederholenswert, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut, man konnte, in kurzen Wegen alles was notwendig war erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Reinigung zuverlässig.
