Within walking distance of the North Sea beach and Wadden coast, in the picturesque village of Hollum at Zuiderlaan 11, the De Eerste Stuiver building, which has been restored to its original state, is located. This former pub owes its name to the sailors who arrived at the Ameland roadstead. It was the first inn they encountered and here they could quench their thirst and thus spend their first just earned penny. The property is located in a quiet part of Hollum, a protected village view, an avenue with leafy trees close to the monumental reformed church.
