Looking for a place to enjoy all that Ameland has to offer? With Appartement Taling you have a three-room apartment on the ground floor in the small-scale Wadden residence Ameland, approximately 15 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the village center of Buren.

Apartment Taling is very suitable for people who value space, comfort and luxury. After a day of walking or cycling on Ameland, you can enjoy the whirlpool in the apartment or use the sauna in the central hall of the building.

Living room / kitchen The spacious and bright living room has a 4-person dining area and a sitting area with a sofa and 2 chairs. The living room has a flat screen TV and stereo.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, combination microwave, coffee maker (Senseo and fitter coffee) and kettle. The kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware and the pan set are very complete.

Bedroom
The two bedrooms each have 2 box springs. There is sufficient cupboard space (hanging / laying). There is a cot available on request.

Sanitary
The spacious bathroom has a whirlpool / shower combination, sink and toilet.

Terrace
In good weather - but even with a splash of rain - you can eat outside at the large terrace table on the spacious (10 m²) terrace. The terrace offers a lot of privacy.

Other spaces
There is a storage room from the hall in the apartment. There is a dryer and washing machine in the basement of the building. At the front of the building there is a parking space for 1 car, at the rear of the building there is a lockable and covered parking space for your (electric) bicycle with power points.

fijn plekje

De locatie van "De Waddenresidentie" is uitstekend, het appartement is prettig. Het enige min-puntje: wij vonden de slaapkamertjes wel erg klein en de bedden lagen niet echt lekker. Maar de verdere uitrusting van dit appartement was prima. We kwamen niets te kort en hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad op Ameland, tijdens de kunstmaand. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Leuke vakantieplek

Bij aankomst waren de bedden niet opgemaakt en was er geen linnengoed voor de bedden aanwezig en lag de vuile was van de vorige bewoners er nog. Na contact te hebben gehad met de eigenaar was dit heel snel opgelost. Er is meteen contact opgenomen met het schoonmaakbedrijf en werd alles snel geregeld en in orde gemaakt. Ook hebben wij onkosten terug gekregen. Al met al een fine vakantie gehad en we komen graag nog een keer terug. Het is een leuk ruim appartement op een leuke plek.

At Ameland apartment Taling, the obligatory linen package consists of a sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, towel and washcloth.

The optional kitchen towel package consists of a tea towel, towel, 2 bath mats, dishcloth, 2 dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, washing-up brush, scouring pad, matchbox and toilet roll.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is also not allowed.
