Looking for a place to enjoy all that Ameland has to offer? With Apartment Casarca you have a three-room apartment on the ground floor in the small-scale Wadden residence Ameland, approximately 15 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the village center of Buren.

Apartment Casarca is very suitable for people who value space, comfort and luxury. After a day of walking or cycling on Ameland, you can enjoy the whirlpool in the apartment or use the sauna in the central hall of the building.

Living room / kitchen
The spacious and bright living room has a 4-person dining area and a sitting area with a sofa and 2 chairs. The living room has a flat screen TV and stereo. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, combi microwave, coffee maker (Senseo and filter coffee) and kettle. The kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware and the pan set are very complete.

Bedroom
The two bedrooms each have 2 box springs. There is sufficient cupboard space (hanging / laying). There is a cot available on request.

Sanitary
The spacious bathroom has a whirlpool / shower combination, sink. The toilet is separately accessible.

Terrace
In good weather - but even with a splash of rain - you can eat outside at the large terrace table on the spacious (10 m²) terrace. The terrace offers a lot of privacy.

Other spaces
There is a storage room from the hall in the apartment. There is a dryer and washing machine in the basement of the building. There is a parking space for 1 car at the front of the building, at the rear of the building is a lockable and covered parking space for your (electric) bicycle with power points.

Plus- en minpunten

Het appartement leek aanvankelijk prima. Keurig ingericht, goede bedden. Echter, het gebouw is erg gehorig! Ook waren er geen gedragsregels in het appartement achtergelaten. Tuin is gemeenschappelijk, andere huurders plaatsen hun fietsen bij je terras. Heel vreemd allemaal.

Genoten! Zelfs in coronatijd, als er niets open is,,,,Het is wel gehorig, dus je hoort je bovenburen, maar voor ons was dat niet vervelend!

Wij komen graag terug. Fijn en ruim appartement in Buren.

We mochten al eerder in, het appartement is netjes. Fijn dat je uit de wind buiten kunt zitten en het tuintje is prettig met jonge kinderen.

At Waddenresidentie Ameland Casarca, rental of the linen package is obligatory and consists of a sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, towel and washcloth.

The optional kitchen towel package consists of a tea towel, hand towel, 2 bath mats, dishcloth, 2 dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, dishwashing brush, scouring pad, matchbox and toilet roll.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is also not allowed.
