Trout fishing pond

There are 3 fishing ponds in which you can fish on different kinds of trout. There is also an atmospheric lunch room with sunny terrace, from where you have a beautiful view over the large fishing ponds.

The paths to the fishing ponds are paved and there is a special landing place. The ponds are also well accessible for the physically disabled.

The caught fish may be taken home or traded against smoked trout (trade 2 caught for 1 smoked, if in stock). The fish is being smoked according to traditional methods in own smoke-house. Fishing rods and other gears can be rented.

• For trout fishing, the morning session takes place from 9:00 until 13:00 and the afternoon session from 13:30 until 17:30.
• Wild fishing is possible throughout the day in pond 1 from 9:00 onwards for 2 hours, extension is possible.

Trout fishing ponds 't Nijlan are open from 29 March until 1 November.
