Are there any guarded beaches on Ameland?

Between 15 June and 15 September life guards watch the beaches of Hollum, Ballum, Nes and Buren daily from 10:00 - 18:00. They gaurd 500 metres of beach: 250 metres on each side of the life guard post. Watch the colours of the flag carefully if you go swimming.

Is there a nude beach on the island Ameland?

According to Ameland city council nude recreation is only allowed between beach post 18 and 20 on the beach of Ameland. Outside this area nude recreation is prohibited. 

Where am I allowed on the beach with my dog?

You are allowed on all beaches with your dog. But your dog needs to be on a leash on the guarded beaches. On all other beaches you need to keep your dog under appeal.
