De Kolibrie is a luxurious 6-person holiday home, beautifully situated in the dune area between Nes and Buren on its own spacious grounds.
The distance from the house to the beach is about 200 meters.

Mooie plek, maar weinig comfort

Huis staat op een mooie plek aan de rand van de duinen. Je bent zo op t strand. Huis is behoorlijk gedateerd, weinig comfort. Douche is niet echt behaaglijk te krijgen, slechte straal en niet heel warm. Toilet is erg klein. Beddengoed met vlekken, kan wel een wasbeurt gebruiken. Er is een tweepersoonsbed, met 1 matras maar beddengoed is voor 1 persoon. dus dat past niet…. Geen gezellige accessoires aanwezig, geen spelletjes aanwezig. Tv is klein en hangt ver van de zitgelegenheid. Keuken inrichting is voldoende aanwezig. Communicatie met verhuurder is onmogelijk, kreeg in ieder geval geen reactie op mails. Er valt zoveel meer te halen uit dit huis op deze plek.

Gut gelegenes Haus mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar und bietet rundherum einen schönen Ausblick bei maximaler Privatsphäre! Gastfreundschaft und Möbel etc.: Hinter dem Haus befand sich eine Aussensitzgruppe, die beim besten Willen nicht mehr genutzt werden kann, da so gut wie keine Polsterung vorhanden ist. Die Armatur der Aussendusche ist mit Panzertape geflickt. Hier kam das Wasser eher aus der Armatur, als aus dem Duschkopf. Im Innenbereich war die Lampe über dem Esstisch mit einem Einmachgummi befestigt. Also alles Dinge die bekannt sein müssten und die mit wenig zeitlichen und finanziellen Aufwand zu beheben sind. Deswegen fühlte man sich nicht auf Anhieb willkommen. Wartung und Reinigung: Das Haus war sauber und bis auf die oben beschriebenen Punkte war alles funktionstüchtig. Preis Leistungsverhältnis: Da wir einen „Last Minute“ Preis bezahlt haben, fällt dieser Teil der Bewertung eher gut aus. Bei einem regulären Tarif, wäre die Bewertung schlechter.
