Description

'HOOGTIJ' is a detached bungalow, renovated in 2016, tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. The bungalow has a spacious and bright living room (42 m²), with a comfortable sitting area, equipped with a smart TV (including Netflix, many extra German channels and ESPN) and Sonos sound equipment, a dining area and a new fitted kitchen with all appliances (hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a normal coffee machine and a Senseo machine).

The living room offers access through French doors to a spacious, sunny and sheltered terrace facing south (35 m²). There are 3 bedrooms with box springs, the master bedroom has a new (2023) box spring combination (dimensions 2 x 90 x 200). The master bedroom has its own access to the bathroom and is equipped with a second TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a 2nd toilet and a washbasin with double tap. In addition, there is a separate toilet and a storage room, in which, among other things, the washing machine and dryer are placed.

The bungalow is suitable for occupancy by 5 people. Due to the renovation, in which extra attention has been paid to insulation and HR glazing, bungalow 'Hoogtij' is ideally suited for habitation in all seasons.

Prachtig huisje en voor herhaling vatbaar.

De locatie is lekker dicht bij het strand. Het huisje zag er schoon en verzorgd uit.

die lage ist sehr gut, schnell zum strand und auch zum einkaufen, sonst geschützt und ruhig

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage 1A. Herrliche Ruhe im Garten. Die Matratzen hätten etwas härter sein können, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Alles in allem eine schöne Woche!

Heel prettig huis, inrichting goed in balans waardoor er een rustige sfeer is waarin je makkelijk tot rust komt. Fazanten en konijntjes komen dagelijks op het terras. Uitstekend geisoleerd.

Brandschoon en alles tiptop in orde. Snelle reactie van de eigenaren en voor 0900 uur al bericht van de schoonmaakservice dat al schoon was.

Wiederholenswert

Die Lage war gut, die Reinigung lässt ein wenig zu Wünschen übrig, es lage ein paar Haare auf den Matratzen und es war sehr staubig. Sonst war es aber ein echt toller Urlaub!

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und in der Küche alles reichlich vorhanden.

We komen zeker terug!

Wij hebben een heerlijke week in Hoogtij gehad. Wat een prachtig, compleet huis. De ligging is super, veel privacy en toch ook dicht bij alle faciliteiten. Wij hebben genoten en komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Mooi vakantiehuis

Het is een mooi ruim vakantiehuis de ligging is goed dichtbij fiets-wandelpaden en bij het mooie Nes en het Oerd. Jammer is dat het huis stonk bij binnenkomst (zelf een luchtverfrisser gekocht) en niet echt fris aan deed. Restanten in de gootsteen en vuilnisbak (was erg vies), afvoer liep niet goed leeg. Beddengoed was ipv wit geel. Oplossing is de beheerder opbellen, maar wij hebben echt geen zin om in de vakantie een beheerder of schoonmaakster over de vloer te hebben dus zelf aan de slag.

The detached, comfortable bungalow, located in a quiet location in the Klein Vaarwater holiday park, stands on a beautiful dune area of over 700 m2 and offers a lot of privacy due to its layout. Within walking distance are an indoor pool, restaurants, tennis courts, mini golf, fitness center, bicycle rental and a supermarket. Beach, sea, dunes, forest and the village of Buren are 600 meters away. The village of Nes is 2 km away. You can cycle straight into the dunes, for example to the nature reserve Het Oerd.
